Smartboards and computers are in every classroom, and computer labs are available for instructional use. In addition, the Media Center uses a computerized catalogue system that allows for electronic circulation of all materials. In addition, a mobile computer lab with laptop computers is utilized throughout the building. The school is networked to provide Internet access to every classroom, office, and Media Center computer. Technology is a powerful tool in the classroom, and has paved the way for Shady Lane students to access information and programming that reaches beyond the boundaries of their classroom walls.
